Huevelle Privacy Policy
Huevelle is designed so your portrait, colour analysis and personal studio remain on your iPhone.
Information stored on your device
Huevelle stores the information needed to provide your personal experience locally on your device. This may include:
- the portrait you choose and its approved crop;
- your optional first name, consultation answers and saved progress;
- your colour-analysis result, palette, favourites and wardrobe colours;
- locally stored diagnostic event counts used to help identify app problems.
Your device backup may include app data according to your Apple backup settings. Huevelle does not currently provide account registration or automatic syncing between devices.
Photos and camera access
Huevelle accesses the camera only when you choose to take a photo and accesses only the library image you select. Portrait processing and face-count validation happen on your device. Huevelle does not upload your portrait, use it to identify you, or use it to train an artificial-intelligence model.
Purchases
Apple processes subscription purchases and payment information. Huevelle receives verified purchase status and related transaction information from Apple so it can provide or restore Huevelle Plus. Huevelle does not receive your complete payment-card details.
Analytics and advertising measurement
The current release does not send marketing-attribution events. If advertising measurement is enabled in a future release, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before collection begins. Access to Huevelle’s features will never depend on allowing cross-app tracking.
Sharing and exports
Huevelle shares information only when you choose an export or use the iOS share sheet. A shared palette card contains colours and a season name without your portrait. A diagnostic export contains app event counts and basic platform information, not your payment-card details or Apple password. The service you choose in the share sheet handles the exported information under its own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can delete your portrait, export your studio or erase the app’s locally stored studio data from Huevelle Settings. Uninstalling Huevelle removes its local app data. Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
